The three-path architecture delivers 5 mV to 3.5 V signals with ppm-level flatness, while ≤ 1 ns edges (150 ps with the option) expose front-end slew-rate limits. Programmable pulse widths down to 1 ns, dual trigger outputs and an optional five-channel front panel shorten connection changes and speed automated routines.
