The pre-owned Yokogawa AQ6377 extends high-resolution spectrum analysis into the mid-infra-red, resolving features from 1.9 µm to 5.5 µm with 0.2 nm–5 nm selectable resolution and ±0.5 nm wavelength accuracy locked by an internal reference. A 73 dB dynamic range and –60 dBm sensitivity reveal weak absorption lines beside high-power EDFA peaks, while +13 dBm headroom prevents detector saturation. Gas-purge ports, a built-in high-order cut filter and double-speed sweep mode minimise water-vapour artifacts and throughput delays. Supplied fully tested, freshly calibrated and firmware-current, each unit offers immediate, automation-ready deployment and substantial capital savings over new hardware without compromising Yokogawa precision or long-term serviceability.
